Bcaa 8:1:1 – Dietary supplement of branched chain amino acids with vitamins B1 and B6.

Yamamoto® Nutrition BCAA 8:1:1 is a food supplement based on branched chain amino acids (BCAA – Branched Chain Amino Acid) with vitamins B1 and B6.

The product has been manufactured in an innovative 8:1:1 ratio (8 parts L-Leucine, 1 part L-Valine and 1 part L-Isoleucine).
Branched-chain amino acids are a group of three essential amino acids, leucine, isoleucine and valine, which have a specific chemical property: the presence of a branched side chain. BCAAs are among the nine amino acids defined as essential for humans, because our bodies are unable to produce them.
The only possible way of supplying them is therefore through the daily diet or food supplementation.

BCAAs have conquered the world of sports supplementation in recent years, thanks to their high presence in muscle proteins, the absence of notable side effects and their potential ergogenic and myoprotective role. They are, in fact, suitable for supplementing the diet of athletes in various disciplines, both strength and endurance, who train daily.

They are used as:
