WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
‘We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
- We offer Free delivery for orders over AED 300.
- Shipment within the UAE would take 30 minutes to 48 hours to be delivered at AED 30 If it is less than AED 300.
- Orders that were made before 5:00 PM would be eligible for same-day delivery in Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman). while orders after 5:00 PM would be delivered the next day.
- Delivery service is available 7 Days a Week including public holidays. whenever an emergency situation or weather condition may cause a delay in the shipment.
- It is possible to choose standard or expedited shipping for additional fees that will be noted on the order.
- In order to ensure the delivery process is successful, the company requires a signature, so the user is responsible for having someone there to sign for the parcel.
- Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- The Courier will deliver your order when you provide your Emirates ID / Passport and pay the total invoice amount.
- You must be over the age of 18 to place an order.

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us for a full refund, coupon, voucher, or exchange if the item(s) is returned within 3 days of the purchase date along with the e-payment confirmation.
Terms & Conditions
- All returns must be made within three (3) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
- After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
- Physically damaged or missing Product(s) cases will only be considered if reported at the time of delivery.
- The amount of the Refund only covers the amount of Product(s) purchased.
- Shipping and payment processing charges are non-refundable.
- If a coupon, discount, voucher, or special offer was part of the original order, the amount will be deducted as well.
- Promotional items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
- In the case of online payment, the amount will be refunded as Store Credit or to the credit card/account that was used to place the order at the time of payment.
- Whenever a customer pays by cash on delivery, the amount refunded will only be credited as Store Credit and is irreversible once it is done.
Return & Refund Process
To return an item, please raise a complaint via [email protected] or call us at +97145727280. Place the item (s) securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase and wait for our support team who will review the case and approve the Refund if qualified.
Pickup process
- Once the complaint has been approved, The product pickup process will begin. AED 25 will be charged as a pickup fee for returns filed within 3 days of delivery.
- Pickup requests can be rescheduled on request if canceled for any reason at no additional charge, however, if the second pickup request is canceled then claim tickets will be automatically closed.
- In the UAE, our delivery team will pick up the product(s), while in other countries, the customer is responsible for returning the product(s) to Avitazen’s warehouse at Jebel Ali, Dubai, UAE at his/her own expense. In addition to shipping charges, you will need to pay customs and taxes (if any).
- Our warehouse must receive all shipments within 15 days of the ticket creation date. If the item(s) are not received, the complaint ticket will need to be closed.
Please Note
- The return & refund request will be approved if the product(s) is found to be faulty as per our policy and not Approved For products returned in damaged condition or without complete items or box item(s).
- Return & refund fees of ‘not per expectations products’ would be AED 25, and restocking fees (15% of product value).
- Product(s) listed on the site as multi-color, free-size, assorted color or design, etc. cannot be claimed for exchange/return.
Return & Refund Policy for non-warranty items
- Return or refund complaint for products with no specific warranty period needs to be filed within only 72 hours from the time of purchase.
- Your complaint would be approved only if the product is new and in unused condition, with all original tags, labels attached, original packaging, accessories, consumables, accompanying documentation, etc.
